Every overwatch assignment is scoped individually and confirmed only after airspace, site, and safety review.

    Private consultation

    We discuss the property, event, coverage window, and goals. Details stay private from the first conversation.

  2. 02

    Site survey & plan

    Airspace, launch points, neighbors, and communications are planned with your ground security lead.

  3. 03

    Event coverage

    Setup begins at least one hour before coverage. The operator relays observations to your team throughout.

  4. 04

    Delivery & deletion

    Footage is delivered by secure download, then permanently deleted on the agreed schedule.

Privacy commitments

What happens at your event stays with you.

High-profile clients trust us with their homes, guests, and schedules. These commitments apply to every overwatch assignment.

  • Client-only access

    Only you and the people you name can view or download footage. Nothing is shared with anyone else unless the law requires it.

  • Never used in marketing

    Overwatch footage, client names, and property details are never used in our marketing, portfolio, or social media.

  • Automatic deletion

    Footage is permanently deleted 30 days after delivery unless you ask us to keep it longer or delete it sooner.

Clear operating limits

Flights depend on airspace access, weather and visibility minimums, terrain, permissions, and safe operating conditions. Flight paths over guests and neighboring properties follow FAA rules and respect neighbors' privacy. Vegetation, buildings, temperature contrast, battery changes, and connectivity can interrupt observation. Continuous coverage and detection are not guaranteed.

Support for your security team

This service supports ground security. It does not replace on-site security, law enforcement, or emergency services. You and your designated security team remain responsible for ground response and any contact with law enforcement.

Overwatch consultation details

Enter the coverage window in the time zone above. Please allow at least one additional hour before coverage for setup and coordination, and one hour afterward for pack-down and wrap-up. Scheduling is subject to confirmation.

Live video is separately quoted and depends on connectivity. Available recorded footage can be delivered by secure download, with scope and delivery agreed during consultation.

We will follow up by your preferred contact method to confirm feasibility, scope, and timing. Once the scope is set, your agreement arrives by email from DocuSign to sign electronically on any device.
